Vance & Vault offers curated romantic experiences, gifting concepts, and concierge services. All services are individually designed, subject to availability, and executed with selected third-party partners.
Services are currently offered exclusively within Zurich, Switzerland.
All services require full advance payment before execution. No service will be confirmed or delivered without prior payment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled execution are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Vance & Vault is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We do not guarantee specific emotional outcomes or reactions.
